Amazing Customer Service!!

I can say without a Doubt I have never had a dealership work as hard as they did to get the deal done the way I wanted it. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle and left feeling like they worked for me and not to just get more money. I worked with Peter Rossum and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to call and ask for him. He worked diligently without a pause to get the deal I wanted and would fit my current budget!! He stayed in contact by phone from the first initial visit until the deal was done!!! Absolutely top notch and because of this I will return for any of my vehicle needs!!! New Ford F-150 purchase

Peter (salesman) did a good job. Had to overcome some weird stuff beyond his control and navigated it well. Very responsive to texts/calls. Located via internet and able to do over phone mostly. Would recommend.

warranty service maintainance

prompt and courteous service. Barely any wait time. Several services done on my car in less than an hour. Work was done well. While waiting sales rep Tony gave us ride in new Ranger.

We would like to thank Peter and Randall Ford for making our second car shopping experience easy! I just had a new baby but needed a new car. Peter done everything for me over the phone so I wouldn't have to get out with the newborn. He stayed within my monthly price range I requested and found me an awesome car! The process was easy! No staying at a dealership all day like some would have you. This is the second time we've used Peter and we will be using him again in the future! Credit challenged but peter got me approved

I was out of work 4 months and just completed chapter 13 bankruptcy 2 months ago. I had to have a new car and just knew I’d never get approved. Peter went to bat for me and now I have a new car to drive.

Had the passenger air bag recall done. Two big slices in my forward dash panel facing the passenger seat. Noticed it as soon as I left. Called and talked to Randy Khounvisay and told him. I went back and he took pictures on 4-9-19. Brad Randall president/general manager came out and shook my hand and looked at it. He said he would look at the videos and said he would get back to me as Brad also said. Now it 3 days and I haven't heard from either one yet. The scratches are right where the part would have been pulled out and lowered per you tube video I watched on removing the part. Scratched dash panel may cost$30.00 to replace.

I rated 4 stars only because my husband did all the dealings with the salesperson. But for the time I was there everyone was friendly. The service department was pretty quick considering they were short a few employees that day. The waiting room was very nice and kid friendly and made the time go by quickly.

Waste of my time

I went to get a second key for my car, that they never gave me when I purchased it originally, and was informed it would take about 2 hours. I scheduled a time in which that it would barely interfere with my work schedule. An hour and a half after arriving, I was informed that the new key had just left the building to be cut and that it would be at least another hour once it returned. At the three hour mark, which was 30 mins before I had to be back at work before it closed for the day, I walked back to the service department and asked how much longer it would be. They nonchalantly let me know that it was done and they would get my advisor. This is the most incompetent dealership I’ve ever visited for service. If it wasn’t for the drive, I would make a trip to Harlan Ford in Okmulgee, OK each time I needed service. No one cares about your time, only the money. If they had done their job properly when they sold me the car, I never would have had to go back for a second key to begin with.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Buying experience

For someone like me, that is impatient and needed to find a new work truck fast, I have to say Peter Rossum did a wonderful job. This is the second F550 I have bought from him and I will continue to buy from him because he does his best to accommodate all the accessories I am asking for in a truck within a limited amount of time.
