Wonderful experience

Poor Customer Service... Steer clear

I would steer clear of this dealership at all cost. Worst customer Service... Wife called to make an appointment to have her tire repaired under Road hazard, was told they don't do appointments but we live an hour away. She insisted and was told by 3 people we don't have road hazard. I know for a fact we do...finally after the fourth person they apologize and schedule our appointment. Tire is not repairable so they want to replace but don't have the tire in stock. They offer another tire but service tech says he would reccomend replacing another tire to keep treads the same but won't road hazard the other tire. So they want us to pay for a new tire we don't need. Wife asks for a loaner until they can get the tire but they don't have one and refuse to get a rental. So they tell her to sign a waiver and drive on the donut which we refuse because the wife drives 60 miles a day. They know driving on a donut is dangerous which is why they wanted the waiver signed. Someone in the service department Todd or Tedd basically told my wife to leave and figure out how she was getting home. Unacceptable. We were told since we didn't buy the car there they couldn't help us. This will be our last Honda.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Bought my 2017 CRV here and have had it regularly serviced since then. The buying experience was great, and the service experience even greater. Makes no difference if you have a good buying experience—followup service is paramount, and Traylor’s Service Department is tops. We’ve used three service depts. over the past few years of buying CRV’s in the different cities where we’ve lived, nd Traylor’s is the best —quick service and done right the first time.

I would recommend this dealer.

New Car Purchase

Went in just to look at the 2017 Honda CRV's. Met salesperson, Melissa, who described all the features of the car without putting any kind of pressure on us. We eventually decided to buy, and she quickly took us through all the paperwork, set us up with the finance office, saw to it that the car was readied for us. It was the easiest car buying experience we've ever been through. Great price and a great salesperson--Melissa.
