Poor service after the sale

I’ve bought 3 new vehicles from this dealership. Drove from out of town to use this dealership over the last 5 years. I recently brought my truck in for an oil change and to check out a check engine light. Light came on just before 36,000 miles but was scheduled and arrived at dealership at just 36,500 miles. Dealership refuses to grant work under warranty. Although the service department stated “ oh I’m sure it really did come on before you hit the 36,000 mile mark, but there’s just nothing we can do”. Poor ‘taking care of the customer after the sale’ if you ask me. I won’t return to this dealership for service or to buy a new truck. They quickly booted a loyal customer.

I would not recommend this dealer.
