I would like to have my truck fixed!

The springs on this F-350 squeak so load it is embarrassing to drive the truck. The truck has been in the shop 5 times for this problem without a fix. The truck is now a year old. The service dept. does not know what to do. The recommendation from the dealership sales is to file lemon law. I simply don't have time. The last time the truck was in the shop they told me it was overloaded and they where sticking to that as the problem. However the service dept. knows for sure this truck was in there the 1st time without any weight besides the service body they installed on the truck. I have called and left several messages for the service manager to call back and have not heard from him. I have also requested to speak to the owner since this company states he is available to assist with problems such as this. I haven't heard from the owner. If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership I hope you have no mechanical problems!! I am not a 1st time buyer of a heavy duty vehicle. I have purchased 14 heavy duty trucks over the last 10 years and understand this is not a normal flat rate repair. I guarantee if this was my company or I was the service manager I would offer a fix or a buy back if my team and the manufacture could not resolve the problem. At this time I'm going to take my truck to a spring repair company to see if possibly this problem can be fixed.

RANDALL FORD BROKE ME FROM BUYING A NEW TRUCK !!!

I scheduled an oil change. The service was good but it did take a while. 2-1/2 hours. I was almost late for another appointment.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RANDALL FORD TO ANYONE IF YOU DEAL WITH CHICO GANZALES HE IS NOT TRUTHFUL AND MISLEAD ME ON MY SALES TAXES. HE GAVE ME A LINE OF BULL WHY HE COULDNT. IF YOU DEAL WITH RANDALL MAKE SURE YOU DONT DEAL WITH HIM. NOT SURE ABOUT THE OTHER SALES PEOPLE BUT IM SURE THEY ARE THE SAME

I can say without a Doubt I have never had a dealership work as hard as they did to get the deal done the way I wanted it. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle and left feeling like they worked for me and not to just get more money. I worked with Peter Rossum and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to call and ask for him. He worked diligently without a pause to get the deal I wanted and would fit my current budget!! New Ford F-150 purchase

warranty service maintainance

We would like to thank Peter and Randall Ford for making our second car shopping experience easy! I just had a new baby but needed a new car. Peter done everything for me over the phone so I wouldn't have to get out with the newborn. He stayed within my monthly price range I requested and found me an awesome car! The process was easy! Had the passenger air bag recall done. Two big slices in my forward dash panel facing the passenger seat. Noticed it as soon as I left. Called and talked to Randy Khounvisay and told him. I went back and he took pictures on 4-9-19. Brad Randall president/general manager came out and shook my hand and looked at it. He said he would look at the videos and said he would get back to me as Brad also said. Now it 3 days and I haven't heard from either one yet. The scratches are right where the part would have been pulled out and lowered per you tube video I watched on removing the part. Scratched dash panel may cost$30.00 to replace.
